This was Chris and Jacqui’s first home filled with many memories including having two adorable kiddies! Now it was time for them to upgrade, be closer to family and have their own backyard. The apartment attracted first home buyers, young families and early downsizers. By utilising pent up buyer demand and going on the market early in January, we ended up with a record result for this adorable family.
